![]() ![]() That is what it says, it doesn't say anything else. " No waiting for the console to restart or install updates" I WANT my console to download patches and updates whilst I'm not there, why wouldn't I? It does specifically say that is the advantage of being always on. It says several different low power modes, it doesn't say in any way an internet connection is required for the console to turn on or play games. It does, however, suggest that it's enabled in sleep modes when the console is ostensibly "off". I'm not entirely sure that's the kind of information they'd include in a development kit documentation writeup. It does not explicitly say that "users can turn this feature off". (Also, that it turned out to be useless, though of course no-one knew that before launch) You'll notice that wiiconnect24 was optional. I didn't notice this level of outrage with wiiconnect 24 I'm reading what it actually says, others are adding what they want it to say. Dry your eyes mate, it's all still rumours.
